Playing fairly

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, impersonate staff, harass other players or interfere with the service. We may suspend or remove an account used for any of those purposes.

Accounts and characters

You are responsible for your login and for activity on your account. Staff will never ask for your password. Characters, items and rankings are part of a live game service and may change when we fix a bug, remove an exploit or maintain the game.

Purchases and 48-hour refunds

An unclaimed and unused purchase requested within 48 hours of purchase will be refunded. “Unused” means no reward from that order has been delivered, redeemed, traded or consumed.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once a reward has been delivered or used, it is no longer refundable. Contact support with the order number if an automatic request is unavailable.

We may update these terms when the service changes. For account, billing or data questions, use the support page while signed in.
