What we keep, what is public, and how to close your account.
What is public
Character name, class, level, equipment, guild and game statistics can appear in rankings and the public armory. Account details, passwords, staff notes and moderation records are never public.
What we keep
We keep the account details needed to run the website and game, security and login records needed to protect accounts, and purchase records needed to fulfil orders and prevent fraud. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored on this site.
Delete your character and account
Signed-in players can close their own account after confirming their password. This blocks game login, removes the public profile and revokes website sessions. The small amount of transaction and moderation data we must retain stays restricted to staff.
