Direct trade
Trade begins with a request to a nearby player. Both sides add items or silver, review the offer, then confirm. It only finishes when both players accept.

Market booths
A booth is a player-run listing rather than an NPC shop. Inspect the item, quality and price before buying; the economy is player-driven and the CP Mall is disabled.
